how is this possible?

if i ignored a subpoena to testify under oath, i'd be arrested and potentially jailed for obstruction.

if i ignore a jury duty summons, i am threatened with arrest.

so how is it that Kellyanne Conway (one of Chumps head minions) can ignore a subpoena and not be held in contempt for obstruction?   many of Chumps' administration (Barr and Ross) have done the same thing.
