warning ....

there is going to be some ongoing whining on this page.

i used to body build back in the day.

well, i started lifting (working out) again.  for now, just at home.  with exercise bands and 5lb dumbbells.   doing light weight / high reps to get some toning going on so i don't have so much loose skin from the dramatic weight loss.

so ... fuck!!  i am so sore today!  i trained legs last night and holy shit!!!  it hurts to try and sit in my office chair.  i'm glad i'm at work so i can use the bathroom stall with the railings to lower myself down.  LOL

this is a good hurt, but man.  when you haven't done it in years.  i did three sets of squats yesterday with no weight (just body weight) and OW!

okay ...  now back to your regularly scheduled programming ....

oh and 3 DAYS!!!!
